Pallet flow racking is a FIFO system. It is suitable for bulky storage of few items. The whole systems is combined with two parts, rackings and roller systems. Shanshan logistics cooperates with different levels of roller suppliers(Interroll, Damon, etc), which could meet different requirements from customers.
Advantage of this system is that pallets are loaded and picked at the two ends of roller line, which could increase the efficiency of pallet operating. Disadvantage is that it has strict requirement on pallets used on the system, otherwise it may be stopped in the middle of line. |
